These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jaxie ("Jaxie," "we," "us," or "our"), including jaxieai.com and the Jaxie web application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you use Jaxie on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@jaxieai.com if you believe your account has been compromised. One person or entity may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits or credit allocations.
Jaxie is an AI-assisted platform that helps creators research ideas, generate titles, hooks, and scripts, design thumbnails and avatars, edit and render videos, generate music, and run thumbnail A/B tests on a connected YouTube channel. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time as the product evolves.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Jaxie does not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with the Service, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for details.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content and materials you upload to Jaxie ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, including photos and videos used to create avatars or thumbnails.
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate text, images, audio, and video ("Output"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable third-party terms, you may use the Output you generate for your channel. Because of how generative AI works, Output may be inaccurate, may resemble content generated for other users, and may not be eligible for copyright protection. You are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing it and for ensuring it complies with the policies of any platform where you post it.
Jaxie integrates with third-party services, including YouTube and various AI providers. Your use of those integrations is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or behavior may change independently of us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data from connected accounts.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide (excluding Your Content and Output), is owned by Jaxie and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our name, logo, or brand without our permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding results, views, revenue, or channel growth. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Output will achieve a particular outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaxie and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaxie from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Jaxie's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
